Our Cleaning Process
After choosing a plan to dictate how frequently we visit your home, we finally get to start cleaning your cans! All you have to do is leave your trash and recycling bins outside for service, and our team will take it from there.

Arrival
Step 1: Arrival
We arrive right after your trash and recycling bins have been emptied. For sanitation and staff safety purposes, we cannot remove trash, debris, or recyclables from the can. For that reason, we work with each homeowner to determine what their pickup days are, so our team can show up as soon as your bins are clear.

Loading the cans
Step 2: Loading
A Curbside Can Cleaners technician will collect your cans from the curb or outside of your home. Then, using our trucks which have been outfitted with specialty hydraulic equipment, we will tilt your cans to a specific angle and raise them above the truck. This makes it easy for the cleaning technology to clean every corner and crevice of the can as it starts the sanitization and rotation process.

High pressure cleaning
Step 3: Sanitization
Once the cans have been securely loaded in place, our high-pressure cleaning jets begin their work. Using hot water and an environmentally conscious cleaning solution that’s specifically formulated to remove and disinfect tough, stuck-on grime, the hydraulic lifting equipment will begin to rotate cans 190° to ensure optimal cleaning. All the dirty wastewater is collected by the truck to keep it out of your storm drains and keep any harmful bacteria or viruses away from your home.

Final result
Step 4: Unloading
After inspecting each of the bins that has been cleaned to ensure there’s no residual grime clinging to the sides, your technician will safely unload them from the truck. We then return cans to either the curb or their storage area outside your home. Your freshly cleaned cans will be sparkling clean and free of 99.9% of common germs, bacteria, and viruses!
